OK I have made a few colour changes.
I haven’t changed everything to the new darker blue and red, it may all get a bit dark, so left some of the main links and call-to-action buttons as the lighter blue to stand out a bit.
But happy to change any more bits if you want to go further in the darker blue direction.

This is where your sitemap lives: XXX. So if you go into search console under sitemaps you can type /page-sitemap.xml and press submit.
It should give a green light if successful. Sometimes it takes a few attempts for some reason.
Yes that’s possible it's done using code. I just made it roughly half the height, how's that?

Every company is different. Some of my care plan members do a lot of their own website work, but lean on me for help/opinions/safety net before they push the publish button :).
Others want me to do the work for them. My ethos has always been to slot into your process and add value, rather than demanding you fit in with a rigidly structured package.
Hopefully you can appreciate that for the cost, we can't include large scale changes; redesigning a site, additional sections or complex functionality. This however can be discussed and quoted as an add-on.
